Where is our shipping center?

We have a shipping center just outside of Toronto. Our products ship from there and are priced in CANADIAN dollars.

 

Are there extra duties or fees?

You are charged your regional province sales tax and shipping from Toronto via UPS- just like on any regular Canadian website.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.

 

How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as: Style West, parent company of däv.

 

Can I order without a credit card?

At this time, davrain.com only accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

We charge applicable sales tax by province. Sales tax is automatically computed, as well as shipping costs upon checkout.

 

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US Central Time will begin processing on the following Monday. dav will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

 

How do I request a refund?

To obtain a refund for your purchase online, you need to email or call Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). An RA number is required to process your refund. Please follow the instructions provided by Customer Service to return the product. Return/Refund requests will only be granted through these means and only if all of the above information is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase. After obtaining an RMA number, please send your items for return along with the required documentation to the following address:

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Your item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the following requirements are met:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The original hang tag is attached to the product.
  • A copy of the original receipt needs to be included with the return.
  • Items cannot be soiled, worn, damaged or laundered.

Please note that däv/Style West does not refund shipping charges.


How do I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order depending on its status. If you need to cancel your order, please call 1.800.755.7682.

 

Who is responsible for refused or undelivered shipments?

If a shipment is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees

 

Where are our products designed/ made?

Our products are designed and warehoused in our headquarters in Southern California, USA. Our manufacturing is primarily in Asia at this time. Our president Dave personally oversees all design and manufacturing. Sister Christy is the design team manager and wife Kerri handles all PR and marketing. Top quality components are used and the fit and design is engineered to Dave's exact specifications. All products are wear tested in many weather conditions by the employees of the company.
